Squats May Not Have Been The Cause

Back on day 3, I did 20 lunges and 20 squats and really paid for it the next day. I decided to give squats another chance yesterday as part of my HIIT and I did a total of 29 of them. I was worried I may be sore today, but I am glad to report that while I do have some aches and pains, it is nothing like I dealt with on day 3. I think it must have been the lunges that caused the problem before. So I am doing some more squats today. I am also adding in some plank reaches to my core routine.

Week 2 Day 5:

  • 28/26 High Knees
  • 22/23 Jumping Jacks
  • 15/15 Squats
  • 2×22 Push-ups
  • 2×20 Seconds Plank
  • 5 Plank Reaches
  • Running – 15:41 minutes = 1.39 miles
