Trying Some Lunges in My HIIT

Today I got a bit daring by trying some lunges in my HIIT. The squats haven't hurt so much since day 3, so it may have been the lunges. I did 20 of them on day 3 and I was very sore the next day. With my HIIT routine, I am not doing a set number, but as many as I can do in 20 seconds, so we will see how this plays out – I only did a total of 10 today. Running and core exercises continue to be working out well. On the whole, I feel good.

Week 2 Day 6:

  • 5/5 Lunges
  • 22/22 Jumping Jacks
  • 6/7 Plank Leg Raises
  • 2×24 Push-ups
  • 2×20 Seconds Plank
  • 5 Plank Reaches
  • Running – 15:05 minutes = 1.40 miles
