Making it up as I Go – Week 3 Day 1 [EXE]

Starting off week 3 and I feel good and ready to keep up with my exercise. This week I am taking a step back from the HIIT and just doing some normal sets of exercises, but I am bumping up my core workout a bit – we'll see how many push-ups I do this week… For my running, I am keeping things safe by continuing my 15 minute sessions. Next week I may bump up to 20 minutes, but for now, I want to be careful not to injure myself. I've been following a plan set up by a member of a guild I am in, but he didn't post a workout before I started today so I made up my own.

Week 3 Day 1:

  • 40 Jumping Ts
  • 20 Squats
  • 20 Plank Rotations
  • 2×26 Push-ups
  • 2×25 seconds Plank
  • Running – 15:14 minutes = 1.37 miles
