Tired Legs – Week 3 Day 4 [EXE]

I think I might be catching something. This morning I woke up congested and I got really tired during my run today. Tired in my muscles, like they were fatigued after 10 minutes of my run. I ended up walking the final 5 minutes which is why it took me longer to get home, but I was wiped out. I still did my followup push-ups and planks, but my legs were spent. I hope I am not getting sick and it is just allergies. Those I can treat with otc meds. I'll just have to take it a bit easy and drink lots of water. We'll see how I am feeling tomorrow – maybe I'll take a day off to hopefully get better faster, or at least not get worse. And this is after a rest day yesterday.

Week 3 Day 4:

  • 2×32 Push-ups
  • 2×25 seconds Plank
  • 10 Plank Reaches
  • 20 Squats
  • 20 Jumping Jacks
  • 20 High Knees
  • Running 15:55 = 1.22 miles
