Skipping the Riddick Push-ups – Week 4 Day 4 [EXE]

Today I decided to do another round of the Squatter HIIT from yesterday. On my guild forums, the scheduled workout was called Riddick, but it involved various types of push-ups, and frankly, I feel I am doing enough of those. I have trouble just getting through the Core challenge as it is. I mean, I realize I am doing more push-ups than the challenge calls for by doing 2 sets, but I like how it is a stretch for me. In any case, I did 72 push-ups today, and it's probably the first time since high school that I have done that many in a 30 minute time frame.

Week 4 Day 4:

  • 2×36 Push-ups
  • 2×30 second Planks
  • 10 Plank Reaches
  • 2×20 second HIIT
  • – 17/14 Squats
  • – 13/12 Jumping Knee Tucks
  • – 18/16 Plank Jacks
  • Running 20:06 minutes = 1.63 miles

As for my running, I was a little bit slower today due to a headwind. The weather has been great for running the past couple of weeks, but today's wind wasn't that fun. I still felt good afterwards and am looking to try to get in a 5th day of exercise tomorrow.
