I Wanna Ride a Motorcycle in Secret World

Zombie Brains

I can't believe the first season of iZombie is almost over – one episode left in what I consider one of the best new shows this past season. I think the CW really hit it out of the park with iZombie and The Flash. These two are now a couple of my standards that I must watch as soon as they show up on my TiVo unlike some of the others that came out this year (Agent Carter).

Things have really come to a critical point in this episode too, with Major in trouble again, Liv having to go full zombie, and more people finding out about the zombie infestation. Babineaux even almost ate a brain pizza. Next episode will be bittersweet with big resolutions, but also with the knowledge that it'll be months before another show is released. I really hate these short seasons!

Stitchers could use some help

I watched the pilot of a new show last night as well – Stitchers. This is another SciFi genre show that seems to be a cross between iZombie (flashes of someone else's life after they are dead) and Alias (secret government agency spy stuff). The premise of 'stitching' into people's memories shortly after they have died seems promising, but the show definitely needs some work if I'm gonna add it to my weekly watching schedule (even with so many seasons coming to a close).

Secret Motorcycle

Yesterday I got an email from Funcom announcing the addition of vehicles to The Secret World. This looks pretty cool.

I might just have to devote some time to the game again. I really love the setting and the puzzle solving in TSW, but it is one of the few games I've played that has been able to creep me out. The supernatural creatures and locations really got to me last time I played so I had to put it down. Maybe now that I'm in a different mental space, I can enjoy it better. And hey – you can ride a motorcycle!
