PS4 Headaches Again and a Long Run

Today, I focused on fitness.  I didn’t get my 10,000 steps in but I got in a decent run of a bit over 3 miles.

I’ve been taking things slow since I don’t want to get hurt or anything.  With that in mind, I’m running using the Galloway Run-Walk method.

This gives me a jagged pace when I run and then slow to a walk.  I’m currently going with a ratio of 30 seconds run and 30 seconds walk and it seems to be working pretty well.  I really don’t think I’d be able to run 30 minutes with an 11:46 pace if I didn’t take walk breaks, but it doesn’t seems as difficult when I break it up.  Hopefully I’ll feel up for another run tomorrow so I can keep up the improvement.

The Not PlayStation 4

I had an Xbox 360 and liked it.  It was great for multiplayer games and hanging out with my buddies online.  Perhaps it’s fond memories, but it just seemed to work.  This 2016 gaming console they call the PS4 just does not work.  Whether it’s the 40 hour download times or the fact that I can only load 3 games onto the console at any time, but it does not work for me.  First off, I like to have a variety of games that I can play at any time, not only 3.  Second, I can’t stand the fact that every time I try to play, I get to wait dozens of hours to finally get the current version downloaded so I can play.  It just seems like I spend more time fighting this console than I ever did with my Xbox. It may be top of the line as far as graphic technology but for networking, it sucks.  And they want me to fork out hundreds of dollars to try their crappy VR…not me.
