Catching Up on Marvel Unlimited

While I have sputtered in my coverage of the new releases from Marvel Unlimited, the service has continued to march on and released dozens if not a hudred new issues since I last posted their releases. So I figured it would be a good idea to find some highlights to bring to everyone’s attention.

The Rundown

First off, here are a few things of interest for today…

  • Angels get a Rematch Tonight

While my Angels did not play yesterday, they face off against the team that swept them out of Texas tonight. Hopefully they will get some revenge and make the Rangers pay for that humiliation.

  • A Couple of Ones

Yesterday in my Rambling Redshirt’s Gaming Madness tournament I was surprised to see two contests with a ONE rolled on the random number generator. These ONEs were not even of rolls that had a small maximum value as one has a top of 90 and the other had a top possible value of 95. Both got the lowest score though and we’ll see over the next couple of days if these contestants can survive rolling the dreaded ONE.

  • Superman gets a Manager

Or does he? In Action Comics #6, we are introduced to Jimmy Olsen, get to see a bunch more of Lois, and we meet a guy who claims to be Superman’s manager. Of course, Clark is pretty skeptical that the guy is Superman’s manager but it is a pretty interesting sitution with marketing. billboards, and endorsments all going to pad this “manager’s” pockets.

The Goods

It’s a Wrap

As I wind down my rambling today, I’m looking forward to getting back into my regular posting schedule for Marvel Unlimited. Hopefully I’ll be able to roll them out every Monday as I previously did.

In any case, I’m looking forward to making the rest of today a good one and I hope you all have a great day.
