Marvel Unlimited New Weekly Releases June 4, 2018

Marvel releases comics to the Unlimited platform about 6 months after they come out in floppy format so this week we are seeing comics from November 29, 2017. In an effort to try to read some more “modern” issues, I’ve been tracking what’s currently being released and trying to catch up from recent number ones…we’ll see how that goes.

Here’s what I’ve found this week that were released in November 2017:

From this group, I love Old Man Logan, have read up to issue 4 and I’m gonna keep reading it until I catch up. I really like the whole concept and while Logan is still figuring out where he stands in the current timeline, he’s really a well developed character. He’s living with the memories of how the Hulk gang killed his family so it’ll be interesting to see how this impacts his interaction with the rest of the Marvel Universe. X-Men: Blue was interesting for the first issue so I think I’ll read a bit more…somehow Magneto is running this group of X-Men so you know that’s gotta be fun. I’ve also read the first issue of Spider-Gwen and after a bit of confusion during the first reading, I read the issue again and it grew on me.

Other than those 3 that I’ve already started reading and the Star Wars titles that I’ll get to as they show up in the timeline, I’ve heard some good things about America so I think I might give that a try.
