2019MMM Cat-e-Gory Round 1 Warmup

With a relaxing weekend break over, the 2019MMM starts back up again tonight with the first round matches of the Cat-e-Gory division. I went with a straight ticket of higher seeds which I’m kinda worried about. We’ve seen the #2 seed fall in the Jump Jump division and the #4 seed Peccary went down to the #13 Rakali in the Waterfalls division. I’m just hoping the Cat-e-Gory bracket is the exception and the competitor that is ranks higher just wins this time.

Tonight, the Cat-e-Gory Division gets into gear with battles kicking off at 5:30 PM PDT/ 8:30 PM EDT.

In my picks I am a bit worried about my selection of the shark over the Stonecat since I think the fish is a bit small and if the cat can get it outta the water, it’ll be game over. The Lion-Tail Macaque might also have a bit of trouble if he happens to be afraid of snakes. Regardless, I think I have a good set of selections for the night.
