Distracted by Gorebeak

Heading back into Warcraft, my druid is still level 101 and looking to get through the Val’sharah questlines.  Here’s the current situation…Cenarius is still cursed and I need his help to retrieve the Tears of Elune.   To wake him, I need to get help to summon Ysera to wake him so I’ve been asking the archdruids for support.

Val'sharah Questlines

Last time in Warcraft, I enlisted the aid to the Archdruid of the Claw to help wake Cenarius from his curse.

This time around, I headed to Moonclaw Vale to see if the Archdruid of the Vale would help out.

But even though I’m on a mission, I still have time to admire the beauty of nature.
Beautiful Waterfall
This waterfall was just too great to pass up.  Sometimes in the course of tracking down demons or running errands a druid can forget that the natural world is wonderful and the reason we try to destroy evil and keep Azeroth for the Horde.

Moonclaw Vale
I arrived at Moonclaw Vale.
Lorel Sagefeather
But before I could get to speak with the Archdruid, I encountered Lorel Sagefeather who warned of an evil vulture that was killing the owls in the area.
Missing my flight form, I felt a need to defend the grove and defeat this Gorebeak.

He was not a pushover though so I made sure I had some friends.

Not only was this bird a nasty opponent, though, but he enlisted the aid of the Nightmare so we had to fight a Shadowy Nightmare as well.

We were triumphant though and in recognition of my success, I received a Pygmy Owl pet to follow me around.

Having tired myself out fighting the bird and the nightmare, I headed back to Moonclaw Vale to rest before my I continued my mission.
