With such a crazy day yesterday I wasn’t able to do much more than veg out watching World Series game 6 and make my DC Universe weekly selections.
Last Game of the Year
Wow! This has been a bizarre Series with not a single game won by the home team. That doesn’t bode well for Houston who lost yesterday to force a deciding game 7. Anyone can take the championship and I am eager to see how today’s final matchup unfolds.
Max Scherzer against Zack Greinke…2 really good pitchers with solid teams backing them up. Does Houston really have the home field advantage when every visiting team has won during this series or will they break free of the pattern?
Regardless of what happens this has been a fun Series to watch and makes me a bit sad to see the end of the baseball season.
Hopefully next year, my Angels will be in the 2020 Fall Classic.
Picking Comics This Week From DC
With crazy work and even crazier baseball, I didn’t have much time to get more than a few ideas for the comics from DC I’d like to read this week.

- Wonder Woman #57
- Old Lady Harley #1
The Drowned Earth and Witching Hour events, a new Harley Quinn series, and a beginning in Batman Beyond look like a good selection from the options available this week and I’m looking forward to checking them out.
It’s a Wrap
Another short ramble today but hopefully the craziness will diminish as the week moves on and the World Series finished up.
