Some more HIIT

Today I did some more HIIT, but with a different set of exercises. I did 2 sets of 20 seconds of jumping Ts, high knees, and jumping knee tucks with 20 second rest breaks in between.

Week 2 Day 2:

  • 21/20 Jumping Ts
  • 26/25 High Knees
  • 11/11 Jumping Knee Tucks
  • 2×16 Push-ups
  • 2×20 seconds Plank
  • Running – 15:15 minutes = 1.23 miles

Feeling pretty good so far this week. If things keep like this, I might push a bit harder next week.
