Ramble #10: Congrats to Washington!

On this last day of October I only have a little ramble to go on about and that’s offering congratulations to the Washington Nationals in their victory over the Astros in the World Series. Seven games and all won by the visiting team made this a unique Series and the fact that Washington entered the playoffs looking up at the records of 7 of the other teams made this even sweeter. I only wish I would have placed a bet that the Nationals would win the World Series back in May when they had one of the worst records in baseball.

In any case, the Nationals certainly deserve congratulations as the 2019 MLB season comes to a close. It was a great year for them, a crummy year for my Angles and I’m already looking forward to next season.
