There is Always Hope

Every year at Comic-Con I get excited to learn about what new and interesting stuff is announced for this wonderful show that I loved growing up.

The only problem is there never seems to be anything really happening and it’s depressing.

Robotech is an awesome franchise with great ideas, robots, space ships, giants, aliens, and so much more. Why Harmony Gold doesn’t capitalize on the show really perplexes me.

Regardless, I’m taking a step back into the past and starting to rewatch the show that I raced home from school everyday to see. I’m just glad I can still watch it after all these years with the way the intellectual property has been mismanaged.

Maybe now that I’m rewatching they’ll finally get their act together and something will be announced at this year’s Comic-Con…even if it’s another Comic-Con@Home.
